Ingredients :
2 cups Beef Roast (sliced into strips or cubed)
2-3 tbsps. Masala Juices from the roast
3 med. Onions (peeled & roughly sliced/cubed)
4 cloves fresh Garlic (finely minced)
1 tbsp. fresh Ginger (peeled & grated)
1 fresh Green Capsicum (cubed)
5-6 fresh Green Chillies
A dash of Vinegar
A pinch of Sugar (optional)
4 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste
Procedure :
Heat a wok/kadhai with oil till hot.
Reduce the heat to medium, add the onions & sauté till lightly brown.
Next add the green chillies, garlic & ginger & sauté till rawness disappears.
Add the cubed capsicum & fry for a minute.
Add the sliced strips/cubes of beef roast & give it a good stir.
Add the roast masala juices & stir well.
Add a dash of vinegar, sugar & salt to taste.
Stir fry on high heat for a few seconds.
Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander, if you wish.
