Loosely based on the book Black Friday - The True Story of the Bombay Bomb Blasts by S Hussain Zaidi this Anurag Kashyap movie was found to be too dark to be released in India. The movie got a stay order from the Bombay High Court because the 1993 bombay blast case trial was still not over by then.
