Alitt was a state enrolled nurse at Grantham and Kesteven Hospital in the UK.Between February and April 1991 she murdered 4 children ,attempted to murder 3 more and caused grevious injury to six more .She murdered them by injecting into them lethal doses of insulin and by injecting air bubbles into them.
